When you call, one of our engineers will run through a few processes that allow us to isolate the problem, in most cases this process is enough to fix the system with no call out required. When the engineer has isolated the problem which cannot be repaired remotely, one of our field engineers will be dispatched to conduct the repairs on-site. This process of isolating the problem via telephone consultation before dispatching an engineer is the most cost effective method of conducting repairs.

On-Site Computer Network & PC Repair Service

Before one of our field engineers is dispatched you will be given an ETA (estimated time of arrival). Our engineers are highly qualified and have been carefully vetted to ensure a professional and friendly service. Once on-site, our engineer will get to work on repairing the fault and conduct a full health check, which can identify future problems that have not yet surfaced. Repairing any issues or problems found from the health check can be conducted within the call out time allocated and is entirely your decision. Our field engineers can also operate tasks such as data-recovery and virus updates.

Network Repair

Due to network repair being more complex than repairing a workstation, prier telephone consultation is essential. This ensures we have isolated the problem so the field engineer and has a good idea of what parts and software is required. The telephone consultation can remotely fix most common faults with networks such as incorrect set-up, incompatibility issues, faulty components, configuration issues etc. The vast majority of jobs can be conducted on the same day but where specialist components are required may be subject to availability. In cases where components dictate on-site response times, we are able to give an accurate date and time of when parts will be available.

Call out charge: ?100 Inc. two hours on-site

Call out charge without prier telephone consultation: ?149 Inc two and half hours on-site

Hourly rate there after: ?30

Parts and software are charged at RRP.
